My Secret Life: No riding :'(

Darnit! :'( Horseback was canceled... I was looking forward to riding today...*sigh* Oh well, there's always next week. Stupid rain... it was pouring outside this morning and now the stupid sun came out >:(
I like it that it's out, but then I don't...
I was hopin' to ride Laredo, I didn't get to lope last week!! I almost did but the dumb saddle came loose because, well I don't wanna blame her, but I tightened that sinch as tight I could get it and she checked it 2 times before we actually started riding.
She said it was okay but then the saddle almost fell off... :P
And then by the time I tightened it I had to take the saddle off because it was time to do some bareback riding...
Which wasn't bad I'll admit :D I loooovvee trotting bareback, I got to ride a fantastic horse named Laredo for that so it was pretty fun. :)
Well I gotta go, I still have school to get done and some writing and reading. TTYL :)

Hellloooo all! :D

Well I can't say that anything has REALLY happened lately thats out of the ordinary or just exciting, well I AM planning something but I cannot say what because it could screw it up so no hints or anything at all...
But lets just say that March is gonna be reallyyy funn...;) I'm really looking forward to the months ahead; 2010 is turning out to be a really fantastic year so far! :D
My writing is really going well surprisingly now, I think I might have actually broken down the wall of writers block for my OYAN book as well. :)
Still no title for that darn thing but its about dragonriders basically, its for school but its fun haha. ;D
The main character is named Bellatorin Stanton, well thats her name in the beginning. :) I'll post a short description/synposis type thing after I'm finished blogging so you can read it.
I haven't really started writing it yet, I'm basically just following the book and writing an outline. Which unfortunately its really difficult for me because I seriously can't write like that... its really difficult...:-/
But its fun and that's what matters :) I'm having a little trouble figuring out what to write so it may take a while but I'll finish it eventually. But to be honest my other books come first, mainly because I can actually write in them.
I have so many that I have to switch when my moods change. I was actually moving along pretty well in "Forgetting Everything" for a bit but then it kinda went downhill from there... I'm stuck but I also know WHAT I want to do.
I just don't exactly... feel like writing in that one right now.
I'm more into horses lately ;) That's why I started "Reins of Fury", its actually turning out pretty well. I'm proud of it... :D
Wow... this year is passing SO quickly. Too quickly if you ask me... :P
I swear it was just January a week ago, and already its almost March. Blech... not that I'm saying I don't want to go into March! Its just that I wish it wouldn't pass so quickly... every time I'm looking forward to something it always seems like time is soooo slow, and then when I'm not its passing to quickly ugh!
Its REALLY hard to believe that I'll be in High school come August, and I'll be 14 in May...O_O
All of us are growing up to fast :(
I'm really glad I'm not gonna go to public High school, even though it would be somewhat good to make friends I just don't really think that it would be good for me.
I'd survive, I just wouldn't really have a good time most likely. But hey, thats another life that I'll never know... :) I'm perfectly happy with the life I've got...:D
Well, let seeee.... oh yeah... my guitar lesson is today :D!
Hopefully soon I'll be able to play "The Climb" By Miley Cyrus... even though I'm not a fan of her thats like the only song I really actually like.
Its a really inspirational song... :)
My fingertips are getting really weird feeling and hard :P lol
Well, I gotta go. Its past 12o'clock now and I should probably get dressed haha... so a HomeschoolED girl... X) haha!

Bella Stanton is what you would call a normal Tennessee tomboy gal, making her way through her freshmen year in High school. The oly thing this girl finds "fun" in her life is her school popularity, her friends, and if boys find her atractive on occasion. As any normal day would begin for her, she goes to school and is assigned to do a 12 page report on her family history. But this teen is about to find more than just her family history, much more...

My Secret Life: Long time no write...:)

Hellooo... :)

Sorry I haven't written in a while... been busy with school and stuff. And I kinda forgot I had a blog haha...
But life has been pretty swell :) It seems that now that I'm really giving my heart to God now life is a lot happier.
I'm enjoying it while it lasts lol.
Now... lets see... what have I been up to lately?
Well, I've been catching up on my reading on some books I have lying around that I haven't read yet. "The Host" By Stephenie Meyer, its actually turning out to be a pretty exciting book. I've got very little left, I'm DYING to find out how the end will turn out.

And then I'm also going to read the Saddle club books, I'm still on the first book and I'm almost done with it but I am REALLY enjoying those books a lot.
And I'm really looking forward to start writing my new series "Gracelyn Academy" :)
I posted something about it in my last blog post... I think...
Its gonna be soo much fun to write! :-D Especially because I'm going to do a crossover with a friend of mine, her book she put Mariah (the main character) in her book... :)
So I'm going to put the main character, Brookelyn Malone from "A Rising Heart", in "Reins of Fury" :-D
Its gonna be SWEET!!!
Eek I can't wait! :-D
Well I guess more about my life, I'm really hoping that I'll be able to ride more than once a week... :) Not like lesson type, but a free ride on Monday. If Corrie thinks I'm ready for that... which I think I will be.
If I do I certainely hope I get to ride Laredo or Bailey, but I'm pretty sure they will be taken... unfortunately. I really like them and they're the only ones that I guess I'm "allowed" to bridle.
Oh well... I know how to bridle its just a matter of who I GET to ride now... hmm...
Well, I gotta go. I'm getting hungry, I'll write some more later :)

My Secret Life: Back from Woodleaf campout 2010!

Hey ya'll!

Whasup?
Well my life is just quite dandy right now! :D I'm filled with the Holy Spirit to the brim and overflowing with Him... :)
Camp was such an uplifting AMAZING experience! It was such a blast being around all of my friends and learning about the Lord. :D I'm so ecstatic to learn more about Jesus!!!!
I'm planning on starting to read a certain book in the New Testament, I'm thinking Matthew or John... probably Matthew...
Or what I was really leaning towards was Revelation... depends on what I feel like. But the coolest thing is I'm getting a new Bible hopefully this weekend! XD Its a really cool one, its got a leather cover with really cool designs and I got my first and middle name engraved on the front.
I'll have to post a pic of it on here later on I think...
But yeah life is fantastic! :) Its like I can see now... literally...
I'm so much happier, and I really need to keep reading the word so I will never ever be out of this high of the spirit. :D
From this moment on I swear I'm going to be a changed girl!
I didn't freak out today doing math either lol...
Well, sorry to make this so short but I want to have ice cream before I go to bed. So I'll write some more soon! :)

My Secret Life: Night before Woodleaf campout!

Helloooo again! :)

Well, I've been sick for the past few days and busy with school so thats why I haven't written in quite a while.
But yeah... lifes been good... I'm gonna go to a campout tomorrow :D The only unfortunate thing about that is that it's 5, 6 hours away :P Probably 6 1/2 if you count the stops for food and bathroom breaks lol.
Well thats at the max, hopefully we'll make it there in good time. :)
Its gonna be SOO fun :D Now lets just hope that I can keep this stupid cold away long enough. And hopefully go to bed in a reasonable hour tomorrow night in the cabin full of my youth group girls.
Which we probably won't go to sleep for a while... some of us are bound to doze off soon enough though. I'm hoping to go to bed around midnight or 11 or something...
Hopefully not up all night, I'm sure they'll wake us up pretty early and go do a bunch of activities and stuff. Its gonna be fun :)
I'm planning on making a video full of pics and possibly some videos with music too :) And maybe put it on a DVD.
Speakin' of which I need to upload my pics onto my computer...

I watched the gorgeous dark cherry bay gelding canter endlessly around the green paddock, even infuriated this gelding was beyond gorgeous.

"He's so gorgeous..." Ellie sighed dreamily next to me, a smile crept over my lips as I watched the gelding look straight at me. His dark eyes glaring mysteriously and ominously.

Something about those big brown eyes made me suddenly very in love with this horse. He snorted and shook his mane and started pawing the ground anxiously, as if he was tired of being in captivity and wanted to be set free.

I smiled to myself, someday that gelding would have to have a rider, and when that day comes; I'll be there.

==Preface==

Mariah Stryder is probably the loneliest sophomore High school student you’ll find in North America… having no friends and no one to comfort her lonely heart.

Ever since her only friend in her whole life moved away in 3rd grade no one has bothered to make friends with her, everyone already has friends to hang out with. And Mariah hasn’t bothered to pursue them either, living in her lonely little town of Cedar City, Utah.
Her parents have tried everything for their only daughter for her to be able to have friends; they’ve sent her to several private schools, public schools, any school they can think of. But all these years they haven’t been successful.
The only thing Mariah ever enjoys doing is riding at a local horse ranch in Cedar City that she has been going to once a week for about 2 years now officially taking lessons. Before that it was just visits.
Her desperate parents finally make the decision that they have wanted to avoid for so long, their last resort is to send her to horse riding boarding school, all the way in Wyoming, just on the outskirts of the city Cheyenne.
The Gracelyn Academy is filled with girls and boys 9th-12th grade, and horses of all sizes shapes and colors. The one thing Mariah loves more than anything awaits her at the riding academy…
Is this the life that Mariah has been searching for all this time? Will she be let down again?
